Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather. International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping Policy
- Destinations: We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.
- Customs & Duties: PureWellnessCenter is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at jane@purewellnesscenter.store immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Missing or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please wait 48 hours before contacting us, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. Contact us at jane@purewellnesscenter.store if the issue persists.
