Refund & Return Policy


1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to be fully satisfied with your wellness journey. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Consumables: Supplements, powders, and liquids must be unopened, with the safety seal intact.

Personal Items: For hygiene reasons, items like yoga mats, massage tools, or opened skincare cannot be returned once used.

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (such as food or plants).

Customized or personalized products.

Sale items or gift cards.

4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at jane@purewellnesscenter.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
