Our Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

1. Contact us at jane@purewellnesscenter.store with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with return instructions within 1-2 business days
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned after the 30-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jane@purewellnesscenter.store, and we will make it right.
